Character and application
It’s a kind of compound wax consist of low molecular weight PE. Low viscosity, high soften point and good hardness.
Excellent lubrication;
Good thermostability, low volatility in high temperature, excellent compatibility with PE,PVC and PP without influence intensity,transparency and aging resistance of the product.Improving the smoothness and lightness of the product. Used as the lubricant of PE, PP, PVC in the processing of extrusion, injection molding and rolling;
Excellent dispersity
Good light resistance and chemical resistance. Good compatibility with resin. Good carrier of pigment and filler. It’s widely used as dispersing agent of color masterbatch, filling masterbatch, polypropylene masterbatch and additives master batch etc.
Excellent electrical property;
High softening point and hardness which lead to improve insulativity and glossiness of cable; It’s widely used as processing lubricant for cable and insulation ,moisture resistance for winding of capacitor and transformer.
