1. Production Process

Advantages: simple equipment, low investment, low cost prices.

(2) two-step "Note - blowing" Two steps injection-Blow moulding. "Injection blow molding" separately by independent two machines, commonly known as "two-step." The first step: from an ordinary injection molding machine injection tube, the tube head portion of the bottle (bottle, thread) has been formed; Step two: manually or automatically tube on the honeycomb heater cycle heating conveyor belt heating thermostat, then moved with compressed air blowing machine blow molding.
