The capacity of full continuous groundnut oil refining plant is usually more than 50tpd, up to 200 tons per day.
Introduction of full continuous groundnut oil refining machine:
Impurity removal. Impurity of extracted peanut oil must be removed in
order to reduce losses and increase yield of peanut oil in groundnut oil refining process.
Crude oil filter can remove impurities, control impurity of extracted
peanut oil under 0.2%, thus improve degumming efficiency.
Usually the physical refining method is used for the capacity above 30 tons per day full continuous groundnut oil refining production line. It’s also used when the acid value of crude oil is low. The physical refining process includes three main sections, degumming, decolorization and deodorization. The deodorization tower has the function of moving acid and smell, so the acid is moved at the same time of the smell. This is the special part for the physical refinery.
