Design ideas:
The valves in the past can be fall into globe valve, butterfly valve, plate valve etc. A brand-new globe valve, the handle is very tough because of its tightly joining. But after using two years or so, friction loss of the valves would lead to dripping, weeping or leakage, the same as butterfly valve and plate valve, while, packless valve can absolutely avoid present difficulty of the valve.
Design features:
1.Adopting precision ceramics as valve board, using perforated ceramic boards and rotatable perforated ceramic boards by rotating which to control the flowing of the water.
2.The precision ceramics have been much fine grinded, therefore, the space between the two ceramic boards would be vacuum suspending, and it does not get rubbed; what’ s more, the handle is good, the valve does not get damaged.
