Design ideas:
General joining of the piping can fall into solvent cement joints and elastomeric ring seal joints, but because the costs of the gasket fitting mold is very expensive and the unit priceis very high, this kind of fitting is not much
commonly used. However, our company spend as much as we do on developing 245 sets of gasket fittings with spec.φ75mm-φ400mm with three grades of pressure standard, high, middle and low.
Design features:
1. Adopting B-type rubber ring, for which the cost is much lower;
2. Without using solvent cement, just inserting socket is ok.
