IC Tubes are primarily used for packaging and shipping electronic components such as switches, relays, sensors, capacitors, connectors, power modules, semiconductors, and more. These are also known by several other names, including Antistatic IC Tubes, IC Shipping Tubes, ESD Tubes, Plastic IC Tubes, IC Storage Tubes, Tube Containers, and others. IC Tubes are commonly employed for transporting components from vendors to users and for loading components into machines that assemble circuit boards. Tube packaging is similar to Tape and Reel packaging in that it is designed to safely store and transport larger parts that may not be suitable for tape and reel packaging.
