1.       Apply to coat single silver low-e glass, double silver low-e glass and reflection façade etc.

2.       Glass specification: thickness 3-19mm; size 2540*3658 or 1830*2440mm etc.

3.       Equipment main parts:

a)         Coating system: DC and MF reactive magnetron sputtering coating technology with high stable planar and cylinder rotary cathode.

b)        Vacuum system: molecular pump or diffusion pump;

c)         Several mass flow control system and reactive sputtering closed loop control system to ensure stable coating quality;

d)        Reasonable cathode, baffle and gas isolating structure;

e)         Independent developed auto control system( industrial controller+PLC);

f)         Automatic multilayer film test monitoring system;

g)        Rinsing line ensure glass surface clean and coating quality;

h)        Provide coating process support to satisfy turnkey project requirement.
