PV glass coater

1.       Apply to coat metallic film, alloy film, dielectric film or multiple film on PV glass, appliance glass, furniture glass and extensive mirror surface, and can coat protective film against EMI or decorative film on digital product shell, keyboard or plastic surface.

2.       Size of coated substrate: 2540*3660, 2440*1830, 2000*1300, 400*500mm

a)         Vacuum chamber: 5/7/9 chambers;

b)        Vacuum system: diffusion pump system/molecular pump system

c)         Cathode: planar target/cylinder rotary cathode;

d)        Power supply: DC/MF magnetron sputtering;

e)         Optional devices: ion bombardment/heating system/on-line detection;

f)         Optional auxiliary device: glass rinsing machine/flow coating machine/glass loading machine/multiple loop back framework.
